Tracked my meals on myfitnesspal for first time in in a couple months. Hah if I had 1 peanut butter cookie instead of 3 I'd have done better.

Not a bad split and good work tracking! I always say 1g of protein per pound body weight and 2:1 grams of carbs to fats as a baseline. From there 500cal below what you burn in a day and you’re all set to lose a pound of fat per week!
