Receive a customized, up to 5 day/week, 1-month workout plan from your very own personal trainer. This exercise plan paired with the accountability from your trainer is perfect for the do-it-yourselfer who is interested in results. Lose weight, build muscle, and get fit with this new high quality service from CCHS. Your 1-month workout program is delivered right to your phone through the TeamBuildr™ application which allows you to track progress, give feedback, and communicate with your trainer in real time. Your custom plan comes with an introductory 30 minute movement assessment/consultation as well as a 15 minute monthly check in. This is not just a workout plan. You will get email correspondence to answer any questions and, of course, a CCHS trainer and community accountability! Attending the Weekly Accountability group is also a Free compliment to this program.
