Looking for an engaging and fun fitness experience with your friends or a small group? We offer Group Training sessions designed to bring you and your group together for a dynamic workout led by our experienced trainers. Our CCHS Trainer will come to your chosen location to guide your group through a 60-minute session tailored to your preferences. Whether you're in the mood for a relaxing stretching session or an adrenaline-pumping HIIT workout, we've got you covered. Our trainers are flexible and can use on-site equipment, bring portable gear, or lead calisthenic exercises for a well-rounded fitness experience. While we believe that the more, the merrier, we do limit group sizes to a maximum of 4 participants to ensure personalized attention and an effective session. For groups exceeding 4 people, we offer the option of a customized larger team training experience, subject to an additional charge.
