Have a small group that you want to workout with? A CCHS Trainer will show up at your chosen location to lead your group through a session of your choice for 60 minutes! This could be a relaxing stretching session or a high energy HIIT session! CCHS trainers will use the equipment on site, what they can carry, or go calisthenic! While the more the merrier, we do limit the number of participants to 4 per group. Groups over 4 people will be subject to an additional charge for the full price of a small group session.
