This program is delivered right to your phone through the TeamBuildr™ application which allows you to track progress, give feedback, and communicate with your trainer in real time. This service comes with an introductory 30 minute movement assessment/consultation as well as a 15 minute monthly check in. This is not just a workout plan. You get email correspondence to answer any questions and of course CCHS trainer and community accountability!
