First and foremost, the best investment that you can make is in your health. That sounds tacky, but it is the truth. It does not matter how much money you have if you are not around to enjoy it. Further, in the time that we do have here, we want to be able to enjoy it and have a high quality of life in our only body.
What's that? You want numbers? Fine. The average American that is obese will spend $1,400 a year on medical expenses while having it a lower quality of life on average compared to those that are not overweight. Think about that! I know you love going to the doctors and all but you could avoid that trip! You could use that $1400 for 30 minute online personal training sessions twice a week for an entire year and still have money left over. In other words, you could save money AND reach your health goals. You can have your cake and eat it too!
We are sharing this message because we believe this perspective is a powerful one. If you are overweight and tight on money, you can't afford not to take action. If you are still hesitant up to this point about personal training, I get it. Our minds are preset to say no to avoid making a mistake we will regret, it’s human nature. That said, there is no catch, just our mission to end involuntary obesity. CCHS wants you to reach your goals and feel good. We believe that people really can sustain weight loss and their health especially now that we’ve removed the barriers.
